I am a Jewish Embodiment Mentor, currently living on the Caribbean coast of Mexico.
I spent six years traveling the world as a dancer and content creator before experiencing a mind-body and soul breaking point that woke me up to my inner joy and fulfillment.
After some rocky roads and a lot of determination, I took the path of becoming a Somatic Coach, using my passion for movement to guide my clients through massive breakthroughs, liberating blocked emotions and physical symptoms, and empowerment using the most powerful tool we have, our body.
I utilize a range of techniques, including somatic liberation, embodiment practices using breath, sound, voice, and body, dance therapy, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner child and mother healing.
My goal is to empower my clients to connect on a deeper level with their inherent joy, inherent power, inherent wisdom that is already theirs- it's just a matter of learning how to remember.
